WHO ARE YOU?

don't mean the version of yourself that you show the world when you turn up everyday.

Or the version of you who wears the collection of masks at work or in your free

time.

Or the version of you that has developed methods of protection and preservation to keep you safe in strange and uncomfortable situations.

I mean, who are YOU really?

Who are you in your fullness, your truth, your completeness?

The world is built around systems that attempt to tell you who you are and that seek categorise you.

From governments to schools, from parents to friends, from what we eat to how we learn. Choices are stripped away until true freedom is hard to recognise or feels uncomfortable.

These external structures that shape your world also encourage you to paper over your unique cracks, encouraging you to prioritise achievement and status over authenticity.

Stay small and quiet, follow and don't question are mantra's ingrained from birth.

Self-discovery, self-care, and self-love are labelled as selfish and as unnecessary indulgences.

But the process of breaking free from your old habits, patterns and beliefs can change YOU and what you know about yourself.

The work of self-awareness, of personal integration is not for the faint hearted.

It's painful, it's uncertain, disruptive, and at times, lonely, but ultimately EMPOWERING.

It answers your question about who you are and it gives you the strength to show up in the world as your most authentic self, without apologies or excuses or shame.

SO, ... WHO ARE YOU?

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE?

ARE YOU BRAVE ENOUGH TO FIND OUT?
